Our team can offer support to you and your family, and work beside you to reach your goals. We can help with navigating housing, finance, employment, health, education and NDIS just to name a few. Come and chat to us over a cuppa at Lethbridge Park Salvos every Friday morning, or call or text Jo @ 0490 409 143.
Salvos
Lethbridge Park Salvos offer help with financial literacy and emergency help in times of crisis. To access support, please call the Salvos Phone Assistance Line on 8775 7988. It is available M-F, 9AM-4PM. Community members will then be directed to Lethbridge Park Salvos on a Thursday to collect assistance.
Pop in on a Thursday between 10.30AM and 2PM to speak to someone face to face.
Mon - financial counselling by appointment
Tues - 10AM-12PM: Women's knitting group, 12pm free fresh produce to give away
Wed - 9AM-11AM: playgroup for 0-5's and their carers
Thurs - 10.30AM-2PM: drop in for coffee and lunch
Fri - 8.30AM coffee in the carpark (during school terms),
Together in Lethbridge Park community meeting on 3rd Fri of month,
Youth Program 6.30PM- 8.30PM (fortnightly during school terms)
Sun - Messy Church 4PM - 6PM, on 3rd Sunday of the month

This can include assisting with Information on the local child-care and preschool options and help with enrolment, accessing the Centrelink Child Care Subsidy, or obtaining a birth certificate for your child. Lacey is a Child Health Project Officer who can provide one on one support if you are concerned about your child’s development. Support can include information about local paediatricians and allied health services, help with the process of how to get a diagnosis and practical support in accessing the NDIS.
